Get Stress Relief

If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed by the demands of study, work, or just life in general, get some support. Contact a campus counseling center. Rutgers counselors have experience with student issues. They're trained to recognize common problems and can suggest ways to make things less stressful.

Connect with Faculty

Rutgers is a big place, and that means lots of opportunity to foster connections with faculty who can inspire you, give you guidance, teach you, and point you in new and exciting directions. Follow these leads and find your mentor.
